Virtuo is an car rental app to book your car on demand contactless. Lock/Unlock the car and manage your rental in the app and get connected to the car to have extra information about fuel level, odometer, gas station and more.

Since November 2021, I have helped revolutionize car rentals by connecting vehicles with the app and digitizing the rental process.

At Virtuo, I have the opportunity to work on a very large panel of product and topics, from the customer app called Rental app to the fleet app called Expert app. All related to the Fleet management platform, our own Backoffice. I am also in charge of the website experience (Desktop and mobile).

This is our customer-facing app to let users book a car, check damage report at start and end of rental, manage their booking (extend, add additional driver and mileage), control vehicle action with a full digital key and so much more...

The fleet app enable our car preparators to see their missions of preparations, convoys or garage into the app and get the key. Everything is automatised and have a direct link to the planning vie and the car availability for our customers.

Back-office platform

This product is the core system of the service to manage bookings, vehicles, fleet, customer, pricing, invoicing, security events and so much more data. It is used by all people working in the company (Customer Support, Fleet manager, Operations support, Tech and Product) or outside, like business patner to manage their own fleet.

I work on this platform to revamp the entire process and adding more data accessible in a one place for quick access and linked informations. Design a conversational interface to let our customer chat with our AI.
